Does untreated hypothyroidism lead to CVD later in life? I'm on treatment and it's under control now. Does hypothyroidism also cause Chronic Kidney Disease?

Hypothyroidism if not treated can cause high triglycerides which can cause CVD or any vascular events in future.  Untreated hypothyroidism can cause severe hyperuricemia which eventually may affect renal function
