Avoid all crucifers completely fr raw just u can take them cooked once in a while . Avoid all spicy oily outside junk food . Eat homemade light less oily n spicy food . No packed food at all consult personally for proper guidance and help

Please avoid mastard oil. High amount of whole wheat got raw from. Avoid all fast foods and condiments.
