Hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency

Asked for Male, 20 Years

My son who is 20 years old had hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency and had pericarditis and pleural effusion in Jan he is on prednisone 5 mg daily and thyronorm 75 mg . He has been complaining of pain on his right shoulder and.down the side of his chest .
