Hypothyroid in pregnancy
I am taking 50mcg eletroxin from last 6months for hypothyroidismtsh 4.62 at sep2017. Now I am pregnant with 2months.taking same 50mcg dose and naeva for progesterone.but now I am facing hypothyroid symptoms again like weight gain hair fall..what I have to do now?my gynaecologist told me don't disturb thyroid dose till complete first trimester..but these symptoms????I am very scaring

Actually your tsh should be below 2.5 in first trimester. Ur dose has to be increased to 75 ug

U should get your TSH done in the first trimester. Dose of eltroxin can be adjusted accordingly
