Hypothyroid in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am pregnant 2months..I am taking 50mcg eletroxin for hypothyroid from last 6months which is 4.62tsh AND now my tsh 11.390..my gynaecologist refer same 50 mcg eletroxin dose to me..is it right?

U need to increase your dose of thyronorm. TSH should be maintained less than 2.5 in the first trimester
