I am feeling heart palpitation throughout the day. Tired and lethargic during morning and heart races suddenly .
Hands and body shaking is frequent.
Tsh 7.2 checked two months ago
But did not start thyroxine as I did blood test after a stomach infection.

You have symptoms of high thyroid levels but blood tests show the contrary. The abnormal test could have been due to stomach infection. Consult an endocrinologist for a proper evaluation
