Hypotension treatment advice
Last night I didn't sleep due to some nervousness, in morning I got checked my BP and It was 105/75,. Then I got my ECG, I am attaching my ECG. Please check and tell me is its  normal or any disturbance in my heart. How to cure hypotension naturally without allopathic medicines. I work out in morning and run around 3-4 km daily. Please give my right suggestions .

ECG is fine, BP you mentioned is normal, cardiac evaluation can consult cardiologist
