Hypotension
My wife is a patient of hypotension. Sometimes due to aggressive behaviour she feels weekness and sometimes got fatigue also. Yesterday 18th of September the same thing happened. We called a local doctor to help us. He gave saline. Now she is little bit ok. But not permanently.what to do.

Path lab test Hemogram, urine, Liver & Renal function test, Thyroid function test.
Vit B 12 & vit D supplements. Iron & calcium supplements if needed.
Reduce her work load.
Yoga pranayam.
Regular exercise and walking.
