Hypopigmented patch
I noticed a hypopigmented patch, slightly elevated near the right angle of my mouth a couple days back. I haven't lost any sensation in that area, but it feels a little different when I touch compared to the opposite side. It's around 2 cm in diameter. No other similar lesson as of now. I have enlarged epitrochlear lymh nodes on both arms too
