Hypogonadism
At my age I hardly have facial Hair , have consulted doctors and they Said it's a hormonal problem , hypogonadism .

It appears you are suffering from hormonal deficiency. The cause could be due to hypofunction of the pituitary gland in the brain or it could be due to malfunctioning of the peripheral organs like testes, adrenal etc. Please consult an Endocrinologist.
