Scar ( Hypertrophic scar)on your arm from last four years is elevated scar from skin surface. So the best treatment for this type of scar is to flatten it. This can be done with various injections which dissolves extra scar tissue. Once we have achieved flattening of scar, we can do skin resurfacing procedures like Microdermabrasion, Laser, PRP,etc to make skin color and texture better.
Next Steps
With proper treatment plan you should see very good results for this scar. Read about Microdermabrasion , PRP and Laser in detail from my instagram page @drjeetendrakhatuja.

Cicatrix can be used for flattening the scar.If you want better improvement you can talk to a dermatologist as additional procedures get better results than the cream alone.
