Hyperthyroidism
I've had hypothyroid problem in my pregnancy which was 3 years ago, and it;'s been recovered and not using any medicine since 6 months, Now I'm diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. and anti body tpo is positive, and my doc suggested to take ciplar la 20 mg. but some where I heard that ciplar is for hyper tension. please suggest If I can take that tab for hyperthyroidism

It is given to you not for the hyperthyroidism per se, but for the symptoms associated with it. Eg palpitations. It will be stopped at a later date.
