No natural ways to cure hyperthyroidism permanently. You need to get thyroid function tests and also tests to determine the cause of hyperthyroidism. These would include free T3, Free T4 , TSH, thyroid sonography and if needed thyroid scan. Accordingly medicines can be started. Also if hyperthyroidism is secondary to thyroiditis now, you may develop hypothyroidism later. So need regular monitoring of thyroid function tests. Thyroid disorders can have effect on growth of foetus mainly neurocognitive development, premature deliveries or abortions etc. So better to monitor and take treatment appropriately before you conceive.
