I think it is a multivitamin tablet ,it is not a medicine.Consult a good homoeopathic doctor and checkbur bp,took ECG,go for blood test like Routine blood test ,Lipid profile etc.After all result proper diagnosis can be done and proper treatment can be started .

Correct over weight .
