Hypertension
My brother is 24 years of age . He generally has higher blood pressure 130-140/90-100 mmHg. Considering his young age  , should he be on medication for hypertension? My family has history of hypertension and related problems.

Get a 24 hrs ambulatory BP monitoring done first . He is young so first we have to establish whether he is hypertensive or not and if yes he needs few more tests to see if it is primary hypertension or secondary. Consult online for further details.
