Hypertension
Iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension . Iam using bp tab olmezesrh20. Iam taking bp reading by automated bp monitor. My first reading always high than other readings. During first reading iam very anxious. It shows little bit high like 135/83. After two minutes iam taking another reading it shows as 115/75. Third reading shows 114/75. WHICH reading should be considered?
My bpmaximum 140 and 85. is it ok?

The later readings are more representative. So don't worry..take your regular medications and follow regularly with your doctor
