I have hypertension. My doctor prescribed telsartan h 80 active tablet 1 per day. But my heart rate is increased at times to 95-100. Is it normal? Sometimes I can feel the heart beat in my chest and neck.

Hi heart rate is within normal limits... but since you also have history of palpitations kindly follow up with your physician to rule out cause...
