Start with Breathing exercises and therapeutic exercises followed by brisk walking everyday atleast for 20-25min.
Meditation and yoga alternatively.
Use proper balanced unsaturated fatty acid diet without or very less salty and spicy as well as non oily.
You should go for CBC,TSH,ECG,D3 & Regular B.P. check also.
