Asked for Male, 38 Years

My blood pressure ranges from 138/96 & in summers it comes down to 130/90, but i have no any symptoms. We have family history of brain stroke and heart attack . So should i start a medicine at this age or not now. My lipid & cholesterol is normal , my heart echo is normal too. Kindly suggest.

You should get one ABPM done. It is a small machine attached for 24 hours which will monitor your blood pressure. After that , it can be decided whether you need treatment or not.
