Hi Sir,
After your advice I started taking telmisat 40mg and ctd 6.25 along with amlosafe at 5mg.current BP is 130/100. Upper one came down from 150 to 130. The lower one still near 100. Kindly suggest.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You need to make some lifestyle changes also.
How many times in a day are you taking the medicines?
If you are just taking once then you might need to take it twice.
Restrict your salt and sugar intake.
Exercise daily (brisk walking) for at least 40 minutes a day.
Avoid pickles etc.
Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
