Hypertension
Having High blood pressure issue. Hence need to consult. Let me inform one thing that i was taking medicine from 2017 to may 2020. Slowly slowly yoga and exercise i stopped taking medicine. But unfortunately from may 2021 i started again due to again star feeling hypertension. (Stopped all the exercise and yoga due lockdown and lost my few very closed near and dears due covid hence start feeling hypertension and low). Note: i was taking "exforge 10/160 medicine (Amlodipine/Valsartan) for BP". This time i'm looking for genric medicine. Because earlier i was posted at Muscat and i was getting my bp medicine free by my company. But due to covid i lost my job. Hence exforge 10/160 is not easily available in lucknow and its very costly too. So please advise some genric. medicine. after taking above medicine my bp was 125/85 (avg) After stopping above medicine now my bp is 140/100 (avg). I don't have any heart issues only my bad cholesterol is little High. Thanks and Regards Abhishek pande
