Hyperpigmentation of neck.
I have pcod, but no thyroid issues. Mild hirutism and recent onset of hairfall  is there and so gynaecologist suggested me aldactone tablet. Otherwise for pcod, i dont take any hormonal pills as gynae suggested me to stop taking pcod hormonal medicines now as my menstrual cycle more or less remains normal nowadays. I am in diet and weight loss journey now for pcod. But my neck, underarams and thighs are hyperpigmented. And this lowers my confidence. I consulted with my gynae , he told me to apply melalite once daily every night for 2 months. 1 month already gone but no change in hyperpigmentation. Please suggest me any topical or oral medicine for this hyperpigmentation and overall even tone of this areas.
