Hyperpigmentation, melasma

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Even after using alot of medicines prescribed by dermatologist my condition is not improving. My skin got thin after i stop using medicines. It made my skin worsen.. black patches are on my cheeks like acid burns.. pimple acne marks are making it even more scary. I am using sone home remedies and sunscreen of spf30+ but no result. please help
