I have sensitive skin and too much of acne scars and hyperpigmentation on my face.so what medicine or otc cream or lotion can i use ? I have my wedding nearby so pls help me to get some fast result.

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please call me or send photos with detailed history using online consult option for examination and proper treatment.

OTC are are easily available because they do not have the necessary active ingredients in good proportion to have a significant effect. Without a proper examination assessment of the problem it is not possible to comment on the treatment that would suit you best.
