Hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone

I have hyperpigmentation on my face due to medivine reaction using oral isotreninoin and azelaic acid cream .so my skin become very dark and uneven skin tone my dr again prescribed me azelaic acid with kojiglo gel which contains kojic acid dipalmitate arbutin and other does it safe can I use it or not please suggest
