Moderate dyslasia in one sample. Clinically if the lesion appears to be suspicious, and if it’s a localised area, we advise excision and biopsy of the lesion. Upto one side cheek mucosa can be excised and reconstructed. If the leukoplakia is involving whole oral cavity you can only monitor.
