Hyperactive and sleep deprived
I am a night person. My usual sleep time is 2-3a.m., and i wake up at 11. These days i am finding it difficult to sleep. I am awake till 6-7 a.m. thus spoiling my schedule. I try to tire myself out with 11-7 job shift and 1 hour Dance class and some 2 hours study afterwards. Even then i feel hyperactive and full of energy. These leads me to be lazy during my work hours. I don't sleep during the day time. I have even tried mandala art to soothe myself. What can i do to fix this ?? Please suggest.

Sleep deprivation is common in tech people because of working on laptop for long hours and odd time of work. There is clear link between technology use before bed and COMPROMISED SLEEP. More work equals less sleep. And less sleep impacts # work performance , #  feeling tired # less creative # less focus . You must consult with doctor to discuss things in more details , to rule out exact cause of problem . There can be some other reasons too like stress of some kind , some emotional issues. You need to consciously bring changes in lifestyle .
Next Steps
proper diet, healthy lifestyle integrated with accurate medication will help you get sound sleep .
