  4. Hyper sensitivity. Control this problem.

Hyper sensitivity
Since from 4 years am facing this problem. is there any permanent solution what are the preventive measures to be taken to control this problem. I am not able to eat any massala food. Going gym will be helpful or not.i have taken homeo Patty medicine for 4 months but there is no difference. In emergency situations am using steroids. I am waiting for ur response.Thanks in advance.
