Hyper pigmentation Uneven and dull skin
I am 34 year old woman and I have hyper pigmentation and a very dull skin and an uneven skin specially on face I also have starting lines of wrinkles on forehead I want a fair ,supple and even skin tone . Can I go for chemical peel treatment and is it possible for hand and leg also ?

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
