Hyper pigmentation on chin and T area
Since 2-3 years I am suffering from Hyper pigmentation. The black patches are all over my chin and above my lips,near my nose and in between of my eyes(T area). I have consulted many doctors but no one could find a solution. The black patch on my chin is very dark and ugly. It has affected all my face. Please help.

You may be developing Melasma on the face. First and foremost, sunprotection is very important. If you don't do that, it will never go. So this is required all your life. Secondly some creams are there which can reduce the pigmentation. Please send photos using online consult option for accurate diagnosis and prescription.
