Hyper pigmentation in the buttocks area
I have developed hyper pigmentation and stretch marks in my buttocks area over the years. Can you suggest me a medicine or cream that I can use for an even toned skin and reduce the hyper pigmentation?

There no medication for stretch marks, if they are present for more than an year. U need to undergo procedure for the same. If it's only pigmentation, then u can use some creams. But if u have itching consult a dermatologist
Next Steps
For stretch marks less than 6 months, use Cicatrix cream twice daily for 6 months. Massage over the stretch marks.
For pigmentation u can use Kojic cream twice daily.

Dont wear tight dresses.
