I have some issues with joints & blood. 4 years ago I suffered a shoulder dislocation following by another shoulder dislocation. I consulted a local Arthopedician and he informed me that I have Hyper mobility issue with joints due to ligaments. 1 year later I suffered a disc bulge problem which I reduced to a great extent. I have been working in an mnc total night shifts which caused other issues like anemia. I now joined a Gym, started working out to get fit. I am fond of medication for fitness. Is it ok for me to take Iron/Folic acid tablets &
calcium tablets? Or let me know best medication that supports my health making better from above issues. Thank you
