Hyper acidity Problem
What would be best treatment for acidity? Homeopathy or allopathy or Ayurvedic, please suggest I'm suffering from acidity every now n then, I'm in IT field so my meal timing and work time are never on time. Everything depends upon the workload, but since last 2 years, acidity is biggest trouble for me. Either I'm suffering from frequent cold, headache, migrane, cough, etc. everyday I'm going through one of this problem, it's never that I'm completely fine. Neither I have spicy food, junk food or too much oily food, even if I have my meals on time I'm always having burning sensation in chest. Today I had cold milk in the morning even that is giving me same burning sensation. I'm wondering with treatment will help me to cure this effectively and completely, as I'm tired of this. I'm kind of foodie person but since last 6 months, I have quit all the spicy, oily food not even junk food. I want to lead a normal life with no health problem at least not acidity
