Hymen breaking

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Recently I was playing football when I suddenly felt down. I looked down myself in the mirror and saw few tissue cuts above the anal opening over the labia minora on the inner side. I thought I broke my hymen but I didn't bleed. Is my hymen really torn or is it something else. I am really worried . Please help me doctor.
