Hydroutereonephrosis
Three years back I had calcui on the right side of my kidney which eventually passed through by drinking only liquids. A few weeks back the pain on my lower abdomen and back of my right side returned. I took a few medicines and the pain went away. Two weeks back the pain returned and I got my scans which says I have right hydroutereonephrosis . I have been drinking a lot of water lately and my urine is clear as well. What else do I do as I don't want to undergo a surgery.?

You have probably formed a new stone. Get a Renal function test and a CT scan to accurately diagnose your problem. Consult a surgeon / urologist with your reports
