Single calculus (stone) in the middle of ureter present which has caused hydrouteronephrosis (retention of fluid in ureter). Avoid spinach, curds, sour food items & calcium supplements if you are taking. Visit nearby Ayurveda physician with reports, very good treatment available for your problem.
