Hydroquinone
I am very confused I interacted with many American dermatologist and according to them hydroquinone with 2 percent is very safe and affective drug and is also fda prove in America and they even claim that they never saw patient who suffer from ochronosis with fair skin tone when used as prescription they have only witness African ascent people who misuse hydroquinone use 10 to 20 percent over and over and this make their skin blue to dark colour they even claim that there is no prove that hydroquinone causes cancer as it has been never been tested in human only rats were used who have different skin type and in other hand indian dermatologist claim hydroquinone cause ochronosis within 3 months and all I am very confused why dermatologist from over globe have different perception whom should I listen ??? Pnote I have white skin

Well let's go evidence based. Yes I would agree about ochronosis in Indian skin type. Another imp thing is it may be an individual thing that different people with same skin type may or may not develop a particular side effect. Y does some one of white skin type want to use hydroquinone for long in the first place. If thou are of Indian origin, unlikely that you are actually "white" . it's not just the shade of color but something called Fitzpatrick skin type. !
