My son had robotic pyleoplasty surgery done for puj obstruction with grossly left hydronephrosis .. after two year we had ultrasound scan the left hydronephrosis has jncreases. What could be the reason

Hi Hydronephrotic kidney may remain even after surgery sometimes owing to long standing permanent structural changes. But of course if repeat scan post surgery and current scan show increase in HUN then you need to consult the urologist again.
