Hydrocele advise
Hello sir since 3 years I have swelling in my scrotum when I pressed the swelled area it is compressible I think it's hydrocele do I need check up please tell because in my relative and family some people get hydrocele and they do not get operated for years since I have up and down for my business I don't want surjury as of now please advise me next step I should take

Hi... you need ultrasound scrotum for furthur evaluation. If it is hydrocele u can take some more time. But if it is secondary any other testicular pathology you need treatment as soon as possible.
