Seems to be a scrotal swelling on pelvis
Hi Doctor,
It seems that I'm suffering from varicocele past 2 to 3 days, there is a bunch veins or seems to be an egg below the left part pelvis, there is also swelling on the left pelvis but there is no pain, when lay down it gets disappeared and I sit or stand it goes down, kindly help me out and I don't how it has occurred.

If the swelling reduces on lying down and increases on standing, it can be a case of inguinal hernia.
