Hw to reduce belly
Its getting hungry... But I can't eat more.... And I want to reduce my belly also. . I mostly used to have fatless food but still I can't reduce my belly... My weight is 50 kg..  I need to maintain this weight., pls give some tips abut this... Thank you

Hi, add fresh fruit, green leafy vegetables, lime juice, green tea, oats, yogurt, olive oil to your diet.  exercise regularly, consult Dietitian for diet chart...
