Hurtful sex. Orgasm or what is it?

Hi, I'm a woman of 24 years and married. I've been in a relationship for the past 3 and a half years and married the same person two months back. I'd always wanted to have sex past marriage because of which we hadn't attempted for 3 long years. Now after marriage, we tried doing it. Probably 6-7 times now and I'm facing too much pain to take it inside of me. I've got 2-3 drops of blood during the last two times and I'm not sure if it's broken completely. Everytime we try, it burns as he goes inside. This even after using condoms and lube (water based). I feel I'm not able to achieve orgasm also. Is it the gap that we've had before we started having sex that's not getting me completely aroused that's stopping me achieve orgasm or what is it? Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you.
