Hscrp and covid vaccination
I read somewhere that covid vaccine with elevated hscrp increase blood clot /heart attack risk. So all people with high hscrp should start ecosprin 75mg 1 week before going for covid vaccination.
I got my husband's (age 32) HS crp checked and it came as 1.7mg/L also his cholesterol is 227 and LDL is 148.
Should he start taking ecosprin 75mg before vaccination and continue if for 3 weeks post that.
Please help. I want to avoid any risk due to covid vaccine.

Hs CRP will increse in any inflammatory conditions.. Should be correlated clinically

It’s a good question. The results are yet to be out on the issue of using aspirin
In your husband’s case the hscrp one value is of no major concern nor the lipids.
I presume that his covid testing is negative.
Given the current information and your husband’s clinical scenario, there is no strong indication to take aspirin.
Health Tips
I suggest no aspirin atleast going by the data we have. No guidelines recommend it.
