First stop smoking and reduce alcohol intake. Go for regular walking daily and follow diet. Don't worry it's reversible .

Since your stress echo is normal nothing to worry in near future. But you need to improve your lifestyle. Stop smoking and alcohol. Exercise regularly,  control weight amd eat healthy. Do not worry but take care about your lifestyle.High GGT is because of alcohol.
