At 26 years of age, with a normal 2D echo, normal 24-hour Holter, and normal TMT, the likelihood of a major structural heart problem or significant coronary artery disease is quite low. An hs-CRP of 3.08 mg/L is only a mild inflammatory marker elevation and by itself does not diagnose heart disease.
Next Steps
1. See a cardiologist once with all reports together
* Mainly for reassurance and a focused review.
* Ask whether any further testing is truly needed based on your symptoms and risk profile.
* In many cases with these normal investigations, no major additional cardiac test is required.
2. Check basic risk factors if not already done
* Lipid profile
* Blood sugar/HbA1c
* Blood pressure
* Thyroid function (important because thyroid issues can mimic cardiac symptoms)
3. Observe the nature of pain
More reassuring features:
* lasts seconds to hours variably,
* occurs at rest,
* changes with posture or touching the chest,
* associated with anxiety,
* not consistently triggered by exertion.
4. Lifestyle measures
* Regular exercise (continue gradually if TMT was normal)
* Good sleep
* Reduce excessive Googling/checking pulse repeatedly
* Limit nicotine, excess caffeine, energy drinks
* Maintain hydration and regular meals
5. Consider non-cardiac causes
If symptoms persist:
* GERD/acidity evaluation
* Musculoskeletal assessment
* Anxiety/stress management if applicable
Go to urgent care immediately if you develop:
* crushing central chest pain during exertion,
* pain radiating to jaw/left arm,
* fainting,
* severe breathlessness,
* sustained palpitations,
* low oxygen or sweating with chest pain
