How will you describe correct swallow?
Hii, I want to ask and know from you about a good swallow. So, please tell me where the tip  of tongue should be on the palate while swallowing. Whenever I swallow, I feel my tongue pushing the palate outward (I also have somewhat like a palate overjet). And also tell me the way to correct swallow and how I can practice it.

Hie.. your tongue should rest touching the lower incisor teeth.. when you will swallow it should push against the palate and sometimes it also involves lower end of the upper incisors i.e Cingulum.. if the overjet is increasing ... we need to break the habitual positioning of the tongue .. you need to consult or visit clinic before it gets late..
