How to treat mononucleosis

Hi, I am 37 year old girl and I know some one who has got mononucleosis infection. She is also 21 years of age. What is the treatment of mononucleosis. As I read it is viral infection, should antibiotics still be taken? What about home remedies like tulsi and so?
