How much type to check pregency in easy way ..normal blood test can show pregncy if my girl friend going for normal some other blood test .pregency show or not ..or special blood test for pregency

If u missed your regular period date than do urinary pregnancy test with morning urine sample it's simple test.
For confirmation u can do Serum B-HCG test. And than ultrasound of pelvis after 45days
