How to switch from formula to cow milk

Asked for Female, 25 Years

M feeding my 17 month old baby similac stage 2 formula milk since he was born. I tried introducing him cow milk but it didn't suit him at the age of 12 months n he suffered from severe diarrhoea n he was on similac exclusively its not helping in his weight gain should i switch to nan pro or lactogen before i start introducing cow milk ?

Start giving semisolid food more and more , reduce milk gradually to minimum and continue with Lactogen 3 most suited for most child, don’t waste unnecessary money in other formula, pure cow milk very difficult to procure unless u have the cow
