I want to cry so hard and just run away somewhere where no one can find me. I feel like I have lost someone a long ago who is everything to me. I don't know who it was I don't know why I feel like this what I know is that this person who I feel about like that that person I feel this thing about is so much to me. I just want to move on from it but I am not able to do it.

You can consult a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist why you are feeling like this. Exploring underlying psychodynamics can help in resolving the conflicts. Good luck
The feelings of intense sadness and longing you're experiencing, as if you've lost someone very important to you, suggest a deep emotional distress that could be related to unresolved grief or a similar psychological issue. It's important to address these feelings with professional help. Meeting with a therapist or psychiatrist can provide you with the support and strategies you need to work through these emotions and begin to move forward. Remember, the situation you're describing is solvable with the right help.
